Return Policy

At Groundling Coffee Company, we want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any
reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund policy as follows:

  1. Refunds will only be issued for unopened and unused coffee bags.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  3. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  4. Once we receive your returned order, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
  5. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please note that we do not offer refunds for opened or used coffee bags. Additionally, we do not offer free shipping, so the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order.
